This mid 19Th Century building is superbly located on the edge of the renown and elegant district of Le Marais, a few metres from the Jewish District (Rue des Rosiers) and less than 10 min walk from Place des Vosges. A wonderful 20 min walk will get you to Notre-Dame, crossing the prestigious architecture of that district and charming little parks.

Bakeries, post-office, groceries shop are all steps away from the building. Plenty of other fresh market shops are a five minutes away (Rue de Bretagne). Transportation throughout Paris is very convenient using the metro station which is just few yards from the apartment. (Chemin Vert or St Paul Le Marais). The major station of Republique is a three minutes walk (Direct line to Champs-Elysees, Concorde, Le Louvre...). Major bus lines pass just near by.

This charming apartment is a first floor duplex of about 550 sqm. It has a lot of character, having kept its original charm with nicely exposed beams while maintaining a high standard of modern comfort. The first level comprised of a living room with a sofa bed, bath room (shower), dining room and a kitchen. Steps lead to the second level which contains another bathroom and a master bedroom with exposed beams' ceiling.
